Mr. Siver, was born in Detroit, Michigan, on June 7, 1946, and was admitted to the practice of Law in the State of Michigan in 1982, and in Pennsylvania in 1987 and Tennessee in 1995. His Pennsylvania and Tennessee licenses are inactive because he has not practiced in those states for several years. He received a Bachelor of Science Degree from the University of Maryland, College Park in 1977, majoring in Business Management and a Juris Doctorate Degree in 1981 from The Thomas M. Cooley School of Law, Lansing, Michigan. He was in the private practice of law for three years before accepting a position with Dart Energy Corporation, where he practiced for ten years rising to the position of Vice President General Counsel. He left Dart in October 1993 and opened a St. Johns office as the resident partner of Roslund, Siver & Associates. Later the firm became known as Siver & Associates. He is a member of the State Bar of Michigan, State Bar of Pennsylvania and the State Bar of Tennessee, the Eastern and Western Federal District Courts and is admitted to practice before the United States Supreme Court. Jim is a former member of the State Bar of Michigans standing committee on Oil & Gas, and is a former member of the Thomas M. Cooley Law School Alumni board of directors. As well, he was a former member of the board of the West Michigan Deaf and Hard of Hearing Association.
Mr. Siver has taught many business, paralegal and corrections law courses at the college level over a 20 year period, and most recently taught an adjunct course in Oil & Gas law at the Thomas Cooley Law School.
Mr. Siver is a dual member of both the Fennville and Grand Haven Masonic Lodges, and the Elks Lodge. As a former US Marine Sgt. and a Viet Nam veteran, he is a life member of the Veterans of Foreign Wars. Mr. Siver is also a registered official with the Michigan High School Athletic Association, and is a member of the USA Officials Association. He has Officiated High School Football Contests throughout the state, and recently retired from football.

Tom Siver, was born in Washington, D.C. on February 1, 1977, and was admitted to the practice of Law in the State of Michigan in 2006.He received a Bachelor of Science Degree from Tri-StateUniversity (now known as Trine University) in 1999, majoring in Business Management and a Juris Doctorate Degree in 2005 from The Thomas M. Cooley School of Law, Lansing, Michigan.He has coached college football, as a linebacker coach, for six seasons before accepting a position with a Detroit based property management company as the lead special projects manager in the office of the CEO.In November of 2006, He joined the law firm of Siver & Associates.He is a member of the State Bar of Michigan, and both the Eastern and Western Federal District Courts of Michigan.
Tom is a member of the Grand Haven Masonic Lodge, and the Michigan High School Athletic Association. He OfficiatesHigh School, and collegiate Football contests throughout the state of Michigan and the Midwest.
