REAL ESTATE Landlord/Tenant

The Process:

Step 1: You must file a "Notice to Quit" giving your tenant(s) an opportunity to leave the property. Step 2: After making contact with our office, we will give you a: username, and password to enter eAdvantage - the online filing system with our office. Step 3: Our office will process your paperwork, contact the appropriate court, and give you your court date. Step 4: We will attend court, and receive either a: Judgment OR Trial date Step 5: If we are going to Trial - our office will prepare you; If we receive a Judgment; then, we will calendar the writ date. Step 6: If your client has not paid or moved by the calendared writ date; then, we will immediately file the writ to have the sheriff remove the tenant(s) and all of their property. Step 7: Our office will discuss any type of collection activities with your organization.
