Thomas D. Siver - Managing Member

Tom Siver, was born in Washington, D.C. on February 1, 1977, and was admitted to the practice of Law in the State of Michigan in 2006. He received a Bachelor of Science Degree from Tri-State University (now known as Trine University) in 1999, majoring in Business Management and a Juris Doctorate Degree in 2005 from The Thomas M. Cooley School of Law, Lansing, Michigan. He has coached college football, as a linebacker coach, for six seasons before accepting a position with a Detroit based property management company as the lead special projects manager in the office of the CEO. In November of 2006, He joined the law firm of Siver & Associates. He is a member of the State Bar of Michigan, and both the Eastern and Western Federal District Courts of Michigan. Tom is a member of the Grand Haven Masonic Lodge (WM), and the Michigan High School Athletic Association. Tom officiates high school, and collegiate football contests throughout the state of Michigan and the midwest. Tom primarily practices in the areas of: Creditors Rights in Bankruptcy Criminal Law Collections (Consumer and Corporate) Contract Law Family Law Litigation (Civil and Criminal) Real Estate - Landlord/Tenant Wills, Estates, Trusts, Immigration and Taxation Law
